With a team hailing from Apex Systems, TEKsystems, Cypress HCM, COMPAS Technology, Bullhorn, Avionte, Sense, LaSalle Network, and Cross Country, our hire quality platform was purpose-built from the ground up to help staffing professionals move quicker, hire better, and grow faster.
It all started with a better reference check. References are an enduring part of the hiring experience, and it is our goal to show staffing and talent agencies how to maximize the potential of a shared collaborative experience. By replacing the clunky, often myopic experience of reviewing resumes and work profiles, we developed something more effective: mining authentic data from objective participants. We have also streamlined the process and removed the cumbersome, manual aspect of sending, reviewing, and managing talent references and profiles.
And now we've grown into so much more. With solutions ranging from automated reference checking to post-hire performance intelligence to staffing-centric identity verification to workflow integrations and warm lead generation, we are a platform for human potential.
