The Role
As a Customer Success Manager at RefAssured, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers. You'll work directly with staffing agency users, executives, and implementation managers to build strong client relationships, provide exceptional support, and drive platform adoption.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement, configure, train, gather customer feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and champion initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience — owning the full customer-facing lifecycle, post-sales.
Responsibilities
Execute customer support best practices to meet the needs of the customer support journey
Work directly with staffing agency users, executives, and implementation managers
Focus on education, onboarding, requirements gathering, project management, and training
Manage and respond to support tickets submitted to our ticketing system
Maintain account notes, ticket history, and customer activity in the CRM/CS platform
Track and report on customer success metrics to measure results and identify areas for improvement
Provide RefAssured product demonstrations for prospective and active clients
Work closely with marketing, sales, and product management to curate a customer journey that provides a seamless experience of customer acquisition and retention
Monitor account health and address risks proactively
Identify upsell opportunities and support contract renewals
Coordinate, set up, and facilitate Executive Business Reviews (EBRs)
Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate is deeply familiar with recruiting agency operations and comfortable owning outcomes in a fast-moving, remote-first startup.
Knowledge of staffing and recruiting industry workflows strongly preferred
Software implementation experience specific to the staffing industry is a plus
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Skilled at presenting independently to large groups and developing training content and slideware
Able to work independently in a remote-first, startup environment with minimal direction
Self-starter who takes initiative, owns outcomes, and drives work forward independently
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt quickly as priorities shift
Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
