RefAssured now supports multiple languages for the full candidate and reference-giver experience in our platform, starting with…mais oui…francais! For agencies working with French-speaking candidates and references, particularly in Canada, that means a native-language experience that can help agencies improve their candidate and customer experience, remain fully compliant with local language delivery requirements, and conduct international business in a more cohesive and collaborative way. We started with French due to heavy customer demand from our québécois customers, but don’t you worry, more languages are coming very soon.
Here’s how it works:
Multi-Language Support must be activated as a system setting by the RefAssured team. Once that’s done, in Settings, admins will see a “languages” option that they can turn on (more on prerequisite steps below). From there, users select a language in Step 2 of the request process, and that choice is shown again in the Step 3 summary. Every communication and survey tied to that request goes out in whatever language is selected (currently English and French). For those who select French as a primary language, English is always still available as a fallback, and candidates and reference-givers can switch to their preferred language at any point inside a form or survey. Bilingual and bilingui-cool, are we right?
You can translate any survey and its messaging using the built-in AI translation option in the survey editor. All standard RefAssured platform content has already been professionally translated, and the French rating scale was also reviewed by experts at one of our French-speaking customers (merci, Dany et Véronique!).
Multi-Language Support is a paid add-on. That said, turning it on is just a click of a button on our side, so once you’re able to connect with your Customer Success Manager to request it, we can get it going for you very quickly.
